Oppo Find X Complete Design & Specs Leak Days Before Launch

HANDSETS Oppo Find X specifications have leaked. The one true Oppo flagship may finally be coming. Oppo is set to launch a new flagship phone, dubbed Find X, in the coming days and has already posted a teaser on its official  Weibo  account. A new source from China has revealed some of its specifications, Oppo’s previous Find 7 had top-notch hardware and easily outperformed its rivals. We expect something similar from the Find X, the company might be going all-out on this one. A Snapdragon 845, 6 to 8 GB RAM, and some sort of multi-camera arrangement are highly likely. The tipster says that the Find X will come with a 6.42-inch display – that’s 0.12-inch larger than Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s panel – with at least 2K resolution. Oppo Find X Will be The Company’s First True Flagship in Years: Leaks

HANDSETS Oppo’s true flagship may be on its way with top of the line hardware and features. Oppo’s flagship department has been silent lately. Most devices launched by the company in recent times were mid-rangers or “selfie-experts” that primarily focused on front cameras and moderate hardware. That might change in the coming days, a leak suggests that Oppo is finally manufacturing its 2018 flagship, called the Find X, as part of its Find lineup. Oppo’s previous flagship, Find 7, was launched back in 2014 and it will be succeeded by the upcoming Find X. HANDSETS Smartphone sales finally increased Year on Year after slowing down in 2017. The smartphone industry’s growth has been stagnating for some time now, though, at least for now the concerns can be averted. The last quarter saw the industry register a growth of 1.3% over the same time last year. In hard figures, the quarter saw 383.5 million smartphones shipped, which was an improvement over 378.5 million phones in Q1 2017. As usual, the trifecta of Samsung, Apple and Huawei stayed true to fashion by garnering the highest share of sales. Xiaomi Unveils a Cheaper Mi 6X for its 8th Anniversary

HANDSETS Xiaomi lowered the price of Mi 6X’s 32 GB even further, to celebrate its 8th Anniversary. Xiaomi’s Mi 8 SE is a Mini Flagship with Hardware Level AI Mi 6X  – the MIUI/China-only version of the Mi A2 – is getting a more affordable version. The original Mi 6X was launched last month with 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM at a cost of CNY 1600 (Rs. 29,000). Xiaomi has now unveiled a new model, the 32 GB version, that initially cost CNY 1500. HANDSETS Xiaomi has launched a new mid-ranger, called the Mi 8 SE, which will be the first smartphone to run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710. Xiaomi has unveiled the  Mi 8 SE  alongside the Mi 8 at its Shenzen event. Its a “Lite” version of the Mi 8 with a slightly smaller display and less-powerful hardware in comparison.
